Coast Guard regulations do not allow us to transport engine powered vehicles or gasoline. Our ferries are not equipped to handle automobiles.
We do transport bicycles. Charges are listed on our Schedule & Fares page. Please include the bicycle in your reservation.
Yes, we love dogs and they are allowed aboard at no additional charge. They are required, however, to have a leash.
Yes, although we do sell tickets to walk-up customers we can not promise that we will have seats available unless you have a reservation.
At the ticket office on the day of your cruise. And yes, you must pick up your tickets at least 10 minutes before sailing time or they may be released to passengers on the waiting list.

No, the docks and piers in Provincetown can not accommodate automobile ferries.

Our vessels are wheelchair accessible on both the Boston and Provincetown docks. You may require the assistance of our crew depending upon the tide. Please call 617-748-1428 extension 1251 for additional information. Our high speed ferry has wheelchair accesible restrooms, our excursion service aboard the Provincetown II (which is a much older vessel) does not.
We are pleased to host passengers with wheelchairs quite frequently.
The surface lots near our pier, though inexpensive, have proven themselves to be fairly arbitrary as to whether they allow overnight parking. Hundreds or our passengers have no problem while a few sometimes alert us to an abrupt parking lot employee notifying them that they may not park overnight. However, there are three very large, very cheap surface lots to choose from right next to our pier and the odds that all the attendants will be abrupt on the same day are probably slim.
The underground lot across the street from us is very dependable in permitting overnight parking, but is pricey.
